"A copy of the fine-paper issue at MR-C has a letter of presentation from Mary Pix to Lord Somers. The other copy, at CSmH, has a printed dedication signed 'John Fowler', but this properly belongs to his 'On the Queens most glorious victories', [1707?], and was not originally bound with the copy." (Foxon).
