Probably a later issue of a 10 p. edition (ESTC T38014) with the addition of bifolium chi]2 "A second letter to a clergyman in the country", dated December 10, 1701 (pp. 11-12). Page 11 has catchword 'Prece-'. A variant does not have the catchword. The second leaf of bifolium chi is blank
