Customs and privileges of the manors of Stepney and Hackney in the county of Middlesex. Viz. Of tenants neglect, admission, &c. amercements, annoyances, appearance at two courts yearly, buildings, by-laws, claim, copyholders, drivers of common, fines, forfeitures, guardian, gavelkind, homage, heir, last will, leases, leet, mears and stakes, partition, quit-rents, reeve, recovereies, recognition, Stewards fees, severing, waste, &c. To which is prefix'd an act of perpetual establishment of the said customs and privileges, and for confirmation of the copyhold estates and customs of divers copyholders of the said manors, according to certain indentures of agreement, and a decrce in the High Court of Chancery, made between the lord of the said manors and the copyholders.
