In this issue the prelims. are: titlepage, pp.[1-2]; preface, pp.[3-4]; adv., p.[5]. The double rule around the titlepage has two breaks along the inner line on the left side, and the titlepage has been reset so that the second 's' of 'essay' is centred below the 're' of 'prefix'd'.
