Previously identified by Wing as a pre-1701 item. Wing (CD-ROM, 1996) suggests publication date [1680?]. However, Nicholas Cox was at this address between 1702 and 1705. See earliest and latest dated imprints at this address ESTC N10867 and N14612. The dedication is to the antiquary Christopher Rawlinson who was born in 1677
