The main title page is A12 folded around. A variant (Wing W1500, ESTC R186407) has date misprinted 1584

Q6 is cancelled; it originally contained a "fifth edition revised" title page intended to cancel the misprinted 1584 title. One version of this had the "R. Bentley" imprint; another may have had a "T. Sawbridge" imprint
