(caption title), with colophon (perhaps just copied from the earlier printing of the proclamation) at foot "Edinburgh, printed by the heir of Andrew Anderson, printer to the King and Queens most Excellent Majesties. 1690."; There are three variants of this edition, apparently differing only in the elements of the title page. This variant reads "late Presbyterian General Assembly" and includes a two-line quotation from Acts xix.32 above the "Licensed" statement
