On the verso of the O copy at Wood (401(57)) is a MS note by Wood identifying the Duchess of Suffolk as Catherine, daughter and heir of Lord Willoughby of Eresby, fourth wife of Charles Brandon, Duke of Suffolk, and later wife of Richard Bertie and mother of Peregrine Bertie, Lord Willoughby.
