Volume 2: 'The cause of the decay of Christian piety. Or an impartial survey of the ruines of Christian religion, ..' has a separate titlepage with imprint: "London, printed anno Domini 1682". 'The lively oracles given to us. Or, the Christians birth-right and duty', with separate titlepage, has imprint: "Printed in the year of our Lord, 1682". 'The government of the tongue. .. The fifth impresssion' has a separate titlepage, with imprint: "At the Theater in Oxford: M. DC. LXVII.", and an imprimatur signed and dated: Rad. Bathurst. Vice-Chancel. Oxon. Januarii 24. 1675". 'The art of contentment' has a separate titlepage, with imprint: "London printed in the year 1682"

The frontispiece is conjugate with the engraved titlepage, and there is an additional imprint, running across the two pages, that reads: "Sold by the booke-sellers of London 1682."
