Members of the House of Lords ask for "the calling of a Parliament, regular and free in all its circumstances"
In this edition line 4 of title ends with a period, the "be" "breaking" in line 2 of text is under the "ya" of "Loyal", and the list of signatories does not include "T. Oxon".
- Uncontrolled note
- Wing (2nd ed., 1994) E2849 says L has "4 settings" and cites Steele 3901-2. However this edition does not match either Steele item. Steele 3901 notation is "deep of Blood,", Steele 3902 notation is "Miseries of Preach", while the equivalent in this edition is "the your to"
