The first leaf bears "The names of the sects" on verso; the second leaf (A2) bears an engraved title page with "the fourth edition with some additions", dated "1647". This engraved title page is conjugate with A3, the letterpress title page, which is dated 1648.

The date on the engraved title page is not very clear. It is still possible to see a "6" underneath the "7". This same engraved title page is found in the NNUT edition of Wing P178 (UMI reel 923:9), which is the "fourth edition" dated 1647. However, CSmH copy of that edition has conjugate engraved title page dated 1648
