Two editions identified. In this edition, the 16th line of title ends "the eighth of March, 1688/9." and the final line of text reads "the Safety and Honour of the Nation.". In the other edition (which includes a title page variant) the 16th line of title ends "the eighth of March, 168" (ESTC R29995) or "the eighth of March, 1689" (ESTC R234711) and the final line of text reads "and Honour of the Nation."; A variant has "honourable" spelt correctly.
