Part VII, "A perfect list of the names of the knights, citizens, and burgesses, and barons of the cinque ports of England and Wales: for the Parliament begun at Westminster the 25th. day of Aprill, in the year 1660" has separate title page dated 1660; pagination and register are separate. It is formatted as a quarto and was probably also issued separately in the same year (Wing P1498A)

Part VIII, "A catalogue of the names of the Lords Spiritual, Lords Temporal [variant: Temproal], and Commons assembled in Parliament: began at Westminster the 8th of May, (13 Caroli Regis) and continued to the 30th of July following, and then adjourned till the 20th of November 1661" has separate dated title page, pagination, and register. It is also formatted as a quarto (i.e. has horizontal chain lines), though the first three leaves are trimmed to octavo-size. It was probably also issued separately in the same year (Wing C1396A)
