"A speech delivered at conference with the Lords, Ianuary 25. 1641" begins D1r (second quire signed "D") and resumes E1v.

"Petitions from the City of London, and the counties of ... Essex, and Hartford" begin D1v (second quire signed "D"), E1r, and D3v (second quire signed "D"), on the last-mentioned leaf is stated: "The copy of Middlesex petition was never printed, and therefore not inserted".
