An abstract of the Act for granting to his Majesty several duties upon coals and culm. Anno 9 & 10 W. III. Enacted, that for five years, from 15 May, 1698 there shall be levied and paid to his Majesty, his heirs and successors, for all coal and culm (except charcoal made of wood, and cinders made of pitcoal) the duties after mentioned, over and above what are already payable for the same, viz.
