Be careful: a fly-title "Observations on the history ... of the resurrection of Jesus ..." is frequently bound in front of the title page. It is not a half-title. This misbinding is: [2],iv,iii-246,[2]p. Proper order is t.p. ([i-ii]), preface (iii-iv), fly-title (1-2), introduction (3-4) &c. The first 7 pages of the 246 are paginated in roman
