Another issue, with cancel titlepages, of the Dublin 18th edition of the same year, (ESTC T123870) itself with cancel titlepages, which bears the imprint: London: printed for T. Cadell. Dublin: re-printed by John Rice, and sold at his shops in Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Charestown, North America

This edition is probably a piracy and the imprint is false

A. Strahan and H. Woodfall were publishers of the 8-17th editions of this work

Strahan's 18th edition came out in 1797.

Not a reissue of any of Strahan & Woodfall's editions. The original sheets appear to have been a pirate printing so far untraced, S&W's 16th ed
