The dissenting gentleman's third and last letter to the Reverend Mr. White, in answer to his two defences of his three letters; in which his misrepresentations of the dissenters are further disproved. The principles of their dissent and their objections to established forms are vindicated and confirm'd. The Church of England clearly shewn to be a merely civil constitution: and the flagrant absurdity of rejecting Presbyterian and admitting popish ordinations is considered and exposed
