Vol.1-3 are dated 1725, vol.4-6 are dated 1734 and bear the imprint, "London, printed for the Company".

Vol.6 contains a 4-page 'Explanation of the plan of the siege of Bouchain' which bears a reference to "T. Johnson, bookseller at Rotterdam".
