King of Spain, till the year 1746, in which that Monarch died. Together With the Alarms occasioned in several Courts of Europe, and the Civil Wars attempted to be kindled by her Means, in England and France; With her Famous Scheme for carrying the Duke of Orleans Prisoner from Versailles to Segovia, and many other Important Passages not known in the Histories of those Times. Translated from a Spanish manuscript, written by a certain banished Marquis, for having adhered to the present King of Spain's Interest, while Prince of Asturias.
