There were three issues: two in 1732, one with imprint as above and one naming 18 booksellers in the imprint (N17078); and one in 1733, 'for Richard Wellington' (T1719)

Part (sig. K-T) printed by William Bowyer; his records show 3000 copies printed for 'Partners', but all copies delivered to Motte; the remainder may have been printed by James Bettenham.
