In this edition, the third line of the title ("contained in") is inall capitals; the description of map I has the reading "patriarchs"; the description of map III has the reading "Solomon's" (in italics, all capitals); and the penultimate line of the title ("The whole ...") is in roman. In another edition (ESTC N510908), the third line of the title is in upper and lower case; the reading for map I is "patriarches"; that for map III is "Solomon's" (in upper and lower case italics); the penultimate line is in italics.
