      - Date from Foxon who states that Sturt was still in Red Cross Street on 10 December 1702, but is recorded at the Golden Lion by 25 March 1706; GK55 gives date as [1694?]. Deleted from Wing (2nd ed. 1994). In L copy "To which is added" in the title has been erased; assumed from the [1730?] ed. Part of the imprint has also been erased, possibly removing "20" before "plates"? Cf. t131802 for a reimpression of the text with different borders and the addition of illustrations
