Sir, you are particularly requested to attend a court of lieutenancy, to be held at the Guildhall, London, on Tuesday next, the Ist of November, at one o'clock precisely, to receive the report from the commanding officers of the East and West regiments of the London militia, on the demand of admission into the artillery ground - to elect three lieutenants and three ensigns - and on other business.
