The earliest Woodgate and Brooks imprint in the ESTC is dated 1757 (ESTC T86697). According to Plomer, Henry Woodgate died in 1766, however the Woodgate and Brooks imprint does appear on a 1769 edition of "Aristotle's last legacy" (ESTC T119654)
