Vol.3, which lacks an edition statement, is dated 1771. It is a reissue of the first edition, with the addition of a final errata leaf (pp.541-2)
Vol.4 is in two parts: 'Notes' to the first 2 vols., with a titlepage dated 1767, and 'Notes' to vol.3, with a separate titlepage bearing the same date and imprint as vol.3. The second part of vol.4 is a reissue of the first edition
Printed by William Bowyer over the course of at least ten years, with deliveries beginning as early as 1764; the number of copies recorded varies considerably, and his accounts are probably incomplete.
