First line of the last paragraph on p. [1] ends "favour sla-". Another edition, similar in appearance to this, may be distinguished by the inclusion of a comma after the word "address" in title, and other minor differences. In that edition, the first line of the last paragrap on p. [1] ends "favour." - Imprint suggested by Evans and Hildeburn.
