- Intended to be published in three parts: part 1 covers the period Nov. 3 to Nov. 27, 1794; part 2 continues to Jan. 13, 1795. Part 3, covering Jan 14 to March 3, 1795, was not published. Evans and the Library of Congress describe parts 1-2 as having continuous paging (549 p.) Shipton and Mooney state that the only known copy of part 2 has been lost.
