Volume II.', London, 1735, together with the sheets of 'Poems and imitations', 4?, 1738 (minus titlepage), of 'The universal prayer', 2?, 1738 (with reading "Incense" in last line), of 'Sober advice from Horace', 4?, [1734] (minus titlepage; with reading "amise", p.5, line 3) and with two additional leaves of 'Epitaphs'.

Griffith 514, 515 are described as "on thick paper".
